Required Skills or Experience

Minimum of Degree in Human Resource Management and an equivalent professional qualification
2 to 3 years of work experience in HR
Good understanding of the Ghana Labour Law
Knowledge of best practice Human Resource policies, processes and strategies
Team player
Computer literate
Excellent influencing and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills
Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners will be an added advantage
