Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaian for appointment in the following vacant position in a reputable real estate development company.
The candidate will be part of a team that will report directly to the Finance Manager.
The candidate responsibility will be: processing accounts payable invoices; dealing with bank and supplier reconciliations; processing intercompany transactions; close of the ledger at month end; assisting with posting of accruals and journals, maintaining asset register; dealing with transactional queries, checking daily cash balances and other ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Required Skills or Experience
The candidate should possess the following skills: MS Office skills (Word and Excel) and Pastel Accounting Software
Candidates for this role need to be able to demonstrate a keen desire to progress in a finance career; you must have prior finance experience in real estate and ideally will hold a degree in BSc Administration (Accounting Option) / HND Accountancy and part-qualified ICA/ACCA
