Job Description

DKT International is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the post of Sales and Distribution Manager. The successful candidate for this role will be someone entrepreneurial and eager to take on the challenges - and rewards - of a start up organization.

Job Summary:

Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to further company goals.
Ensure effective overall strategies for sales and distribution of all DKT products, across channels.
Manage marketing and distribution strategy to trade to achieve sales and distribution targets.
Manage relationships with logistics distribution partners.
Responsible for cash flow with DKT clients.

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
People management training, Communication skills development program, Negotiation skills development programMinimum 7 years FMCG sales experience, Experience in international company, Track record of successful P&L management and sales growth, Proven track record of managing and inspiring people.
