With a passion for helping clients, this role will be to meet, propose and professionally advise clients and the company on prospects of strategic financing options available to maximise sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive, high touch service and advice to clients and prospects on various financing options within the country
Collect the necessary documentation from clients and submit them to the finance partners.
Follow-up on applications sent to the finance partners.
Update on a daily basis the sales team on any on-going
Negotiate best terms with the finance partners on a regular basis.
Provide a weekly update on all activities
Produce monthly reports on activities to management
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required Skills or Experience
BSc or BA in Economics or Finance with a minimum of 5 years+ experience in the financial services industry with strong understanding of managing loan portfolios
Strong client relationship building experience
Team player and ability to work well under pressure
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and the desire to sell and apply new sales techniques
Posses strong negotiation and analytical skills
Expert user of MS Office Suite
Ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.
Be extremely organised and have excellent time management skills

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and final accounts in line with regulations and best practice
Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions into computerised accounting system
Preparation, filing and payment of statutory taxes and contributions on behalf of the company
Assist with preparation of the budget and periodic Audits
Oversee and ensure complete and accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable systems and records
Prepare and reconcile general ledger and company bank accounts
Maintain financial files and records
Prepare payroll
Establish and maintain supplier accounts
Manage Stock and Materials Controls
Perform other related duties as required

Required Skills or Experience
Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified - state preferably part (ACCA, ICA or CIMA)
Between 5-8 years' experience in a similar position
Highly proficient in the use of appropriate Accounting Software
Good credit control experience performance
Thorough knowledge of payroll, VAT, SSNIT processes and procedures
Must demonstrate analytical and problem solving abilities and sound work ethic
Ability to handle confidential information

Ability to conduct thorough investigation
Must pay attention to details
Must be trustworthy and a person of integrity
Must be proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel.
