Position Description
On the 12 month Global Markets programme you’ll spend your first 5 months in on a series of general rotations gaining experience with different business units. The remaining 7 months of your programme will be spent rotating around your chosen business area. You will be continuously learning and developing your skills in a challenging but rewarding environment. You may also spend some time in South Africa throughout the course of your programme.
You’ll also gain a high level overview of the infrastructure areas of the bank, including risk and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
First of all, we’re looking for our successful to want to relocate back to their home country – Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana during their graduate programme and permanently thereafter. We’re looking for who show a genuine interest and/or experience in trading, sales or structuring and a degree in any subject. If you have your own small portfolio or play online trading games and can show a real passion for the markets, this is the programme for you. You’ll need to be a good communicator, with strong academic results, a knack for numbers and the confidence to come up with innovative ideas. And we’ll be looking for proof of entrepreneurship and leadership skills too.
