Required Skills and Qualifications
First of all, we’re looking for our successful graduates to want to relocate back to their home country – Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana during their graduate programme and permanently thereafter. We’re looking for graduates who show a genuine interest and/or experience in trading, sales or structuring and a degree in any subject. If you have your own small portfolio or play online trading games and can show a real passion for the markets, this is the programme for you. You’ll need to be a good communicator, with strong academic results, a knack for numbers and the confidence to come up with innovative ideas. And we’ll be looking for proof of entrepreneurship and leadership skills too.
