Job Description

The position reports to: Workshop Manager:

  1. Attending to customers
  2. Maintain and update customer data
  3. Attending to customer complaints and forwarding to appropriate Department
  4. Ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Make a weekly trend analysis report
  6. Follow upon old clients (customers)
Remuneration: The position come with attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, accomplishment and expected performance and results.


Required Skills or Experience
  1. Minimum: Diploma, HND or Degree in any of the social sciences
  2. Minimum: One (1) year
  3. Good inter-personal relation
  4. Good sense of humour
  5. Ability to comprehend customers issues and facilitate their concerns
  6. Ability to solve problems and heal customers, who are dissatisfied
  7. Computer literacy (word, excel)
  8. Good communication skills (oral & written)
